Many visitors
to the Wairarapa coastline like to make a beeline for Honeycomb Rock, so named for the crazy cell-like patterning created on the surface of the rocks by erosion. The 3 hour return walk along the track through Glenburn Station is a treat in itself. It leads past a seal colony which is populated more densely in winter.
